Creating happiness within

When you want to find happiness really the only way to finding that happiness is by creating it. That's how I managed to find my way to feeling and acting happier as a person. Changing how we view life that means changing our mindsets about our lives and that is why I teach CBT cognitive behavioral therapy to reset your mind to be a happier and positive person within. Let's explore how we can achieve this happiness 
  1. Write 3 things you are grateful for: When you are grateful you feel good within and see the positives around you currently and there will be no room for negativity.
  1. Meditate for 10 minutes: meditation is good for the mind and body it relaxing as well. It reduces stress levels, try doing meditation twice a day. I like doing meditation first thing in the morning. 
  2. Watch inspiring YouTuber: My favorite YouTuber is Gabrielle Bernstein she has a beautiful energy. You need to get inspired by someone that you can relate to and get inspired daily. 
  3. Listen to a motivational speech: I like listening to Gabrielle Bernstein how she speaks inspires me to be at my best for the day and her nature is send love to others regardless. 
  4. Read self development books and blogs like mine 😊 Self development books and blogs are handy for days you need a pick-me-up. 
  5. Forgive someone: Forgiveness releases us from negative energy and it up lifts the spirit. 
when you start to grow into a new level in your life, usually the problems that come up for you are the same problems you’ve always dealt with. They might look a little different but deep down they’re the same fundamental problems.

So as you work on your personal journey toward happiness, you might find that you keep running into the same problems. In this case there are two things you can do.

One, go back and work on the basics. I don’t think there are really any expert-levels “secrets” to happiness, so instead you can focus on what was already there and that is the CBT cognitive behavioral therapy tools. If something doesn’t work for you, just move on to something else, because there will be something out there that helps you for example I find Gabrielle Bernstein's tools helpful and it works for me. All you have to do is keep trying on a daily basis. I hope this inspires you to make an effort to make happiness your daily ritual.
