What is your life story?

What is your life story?

Life is a journey

We all have a life story that makes us who we are as a person. The twists and turns of life.I am a person who became strong within after what I went through in my life. I lost two siblings to suicide and other negative experiences I have faced with courage. The more you face these negative things the stronger you are as a person.

I been through a lot of negative situations here is my list of my life experience that makes me who I am is an example of how we should see it. Without getting stuck in emotion of past experiences. Write down experiences that shape who you are. As we all have a story that makes us who we are today.
  • Childhood experience of being bullied
  • Tragic suicidal deaths since the age of 10 years old and 28 years old.
  • Struggled in school and found out that I have had epilepsy the whole time of my life and still struggle with epilepsy but do the best I can every moment of my life.
  • Found out I have epilepsy at the age of 25
  • I struggled with depression and Anxiety
  • Past relationship with ex's
  • Struggle to be seziure free and remove meds that doesn't work for me.

So who are you really?

Every action we take is preceded by a question, weather we know it or not. It could be as simple as that: 'Do I want to do this?' yet often we're completely unaware of the questions we ask ourselves or how they shape our lives. Using these questions is one of the most powerful way to find the insight, inspiration and authenticity to live the life you really want. The answers lie within you. These questions will help you get started on the journey of clearly defining who you really are. Take the time to consider each question honestly, as they provide you a good understanding.
