Refresh and reset
Self care is about refreshing and resetting your battery as we can drain our bodies of energy. We struggle enough to love ourselves as well and that is hard on our mental health.
3.Watching horses outside my house it really does help my mindset noticing gratitude in the mindfulness.
Here are a few things I do to recharge my battery.
- Meditate - meditation calms the mind release tention in the mind and body.
4.Get really good sleep - it super important for me to be seziure free but also helps our ability to cope with stress.
5.Sit in sunlight vitamin D3 is important for many reasons.
6. Drink more water! Detox the body hydrate it!
7. Drink less coffee and eat less junk eat raw items like greens in a salad!
That's my tips for you to try so you can recharge your battery. It ideal during this time of covid-19 situation.
