Finding balance

Finding balance is a challenge but we need to have a balance in order to cope. As someone who tries to take on more than I should, I know what it’s like to juggle many responsibilities.
 When you’re burned out and stressed out, balance seems like the ultimate remedy. Stress levels need a balance!
 So, how I find a balance is through these things I recommend.
  1. Meditation - shifts your mindset 
  2. Self care 
  3. Eating healthy meals 
  4. Get enough sleep 
  5. Talk positive - CBT (known as cognitive behavioral therapy)
  6. Exercise regularly - short walk each day
  7. Journaling 
  8. Routine every morning and night
  9. Relax watch your favorite TV show

For any of those tasks that you didn’t totally and utterly think they were necessary, think about how you can delegate them, combine them, eliminate them, or make them easier for yourself. You shouldn’t spend time worrying about these things that aren’t priorities in your life, are there negative people in your life you can remove? And these things shouldn’t take up time in your daily routine if they don’t need to.
Simplifying your life by not make it difficult!
