Finding empowerment

I know from experience that it is a challenge to find empowerment even after a negative experience. But there is a way to get empowered! 
Below is something I found in a book called Dear Universe by Sarah Prout page 102  
Below is a prayer I used to help me find my power then I looked at a page that relates to this subject came to me.
As you see below is the page that empowered me to stay strong within.

Below this page also came to me and it was giving me even more strength. 


Knowing I am more stronger than I think is powerful! When you feel strong, you feel so capable of taking on any trial the universe sends to test is and teach us a lesson. No matter what challenge we face the universe supports us I know from my own experience. Reading a book from Louise Hay empowering women was an eye opener to read. 
I hope this inspires you to find your empowerment within.
