Each to our own we are all different and what we see happiness as. Achieving goals successfully is part of where we feel good about our life. Doing something that brings joy within is what shows happiness in us. Small steps towards it is a plan you can take. You need to be flexible with your journey, it is like what the world is going through right now, so you change your daily routines and work from home. That's a way we can handle it better that is flexible journey. Learning from negative situations helps us have self improvement, it gets us in self growth journey but seeing it in positive mindset.
Removing negative toxic people from your life releases us from the negative zone. Get out of your comfort zone and explore new experiences in your life it might surprise you!
