How your thoughts influence your reality

 Many people struggle with the idea that thoughts play such a big role in the creation of their reality. If this was true, that would mean we are responsible for the seemingly bad or negative experiences that come into our lives. Perhaps a better way to look at this would be, your thoughts create how you perceive your reality. Events are happening in our lives all the time, and this is our mindset or known as vibration that paints them as being negative or positive. In truth, there really is no such thing as negative or positive. Your reality is simply what you choose it to be and how you focus on also how you choose to see things. Every experience is an opportunity to grow, and every experience offers both positive and negative, depending on how you want to see it. The more “positive” things you can focus on, the more positivity you will create in your life. It’s that simple! Of course, you can focus on positive emotions all you like, but you need to also feel them. If life is challenging or is a struggle, it might be difficult for you to shift your focus onto something positive, but there is always something to be positive about. There’s always something to be grateful for. Even if you start small, that small shift can make big changes. If your thoughts and vibrations help to shape your reality, then what do you do with negative thoughts when they arise? When you realise how powerful your thoughts are, it can be tricky to navigate through negative emotions. Of course, none of us want to be creating or attracting negative experiences for ourselves. It is important to understand. However, that simply having negative emotions is not going to create negative or bad things in your life, although having negative mindset and feelings will make it harder for you to deal with your life and the events that come your way. For example I faced two tragedies of suicides and that could of made me think and feel negative emotions but I chose to be positive and learn from these experiences as it can leave unhelpful experiences for the family and friends, how you face is up to you. Thinking negatively or choosing self-limiting beliefs are always going to make it harder for you to create a life that feels rewarding and abundant. Negative emotions are a fact of life, but if you hold onto them and wallow in them, they make it very hard for you to create a life that feels positive and fulfilling. When you feel negative or self-limiting emotions arise allow them in, but work on switching them to something more abundant and positive. But be supportive to yourself as you can through this process and remember you are the co-creator with the universe. Remember the universe is supporting you through this transformation.
