Finding purpose after a loss of a loved

Finding purpose after a loss

After my dad died I had to work out my purpose in life again as he was my priority for a long time as he was not well. Now that dad has passed away I now looking at what I want to do with my life and work out with a vision tool, I use in a meditative state vision it in my mind of what I want it to look like. And the proud moment when I reach my retirement stage. I want to be successful in coaching and knowing I helped so many people who are in need of support and guidance a long their journey to find the life they want. Even though I have a battle with my health and epilepsy I still try to live life the best I can. Here’s the question what are you looking for in your life? My thoughts on the purpose I have is being a life coach and help others overcome the hard things that we face for example depression or tragic loss which I have experienced in my life since I was 9years old.

How can you find your purpose? Well, it can happen in different ways but I believe god the universe gives us a mission as a part of our purpose to live. When a loved one has died it is common to feel depressed and can’t see a purpose to live when you actually do. I spent 20 odd years learning this and now I see how I can overcome the hard stuff for example the loss of my father who passed away due his health and my half siblings may not want to be in my life and that is fine. I accept what I can’t control and what other people do in their life. I remember that my father loved me regardless and I was glad I was there on his last day of his life. You can’t stay in depression forever so finding a way to change how you see life is the first step to finding a purpose in life. Get your journal out start working out what your purpose is. I continue my work as a life coach as dad was proud that his daughter was successful in coaching and that I continue to do, knowing that he will be proud in the spiritual world.
