How to get through injury situation

We all go through this type of situation in life and it make you feel like it holding your back from achieving your dreams and goals. Trust me I know, because I gone through that experience. Doesn’t matter what type of injury you have it can make you feel like it holding you back from achieving goals. We all go through a negative situations in life it is not easy but we can our best to stand strong.

Recently I got an injury and I felt it was holding me back but really it in our mindset that hold us back from having a positive mindset. Having something that helps you to have positive thoughts and attitude during your time of healing is important this book has been helpful positive thinking pocketbook by Gill Hasson.

In any situation, ask yourself, ‘Are these thoughts helping me?’ Ask yourself, ‘Is what I’m thinking helping the situation?’ Think wether your thoughts make you feel good or bad and do or don’t get what you want. Try to remember a difficult, stressful event or situation you experienced recently. Did someone criticise you or let you down? Whatever thoughts are they helping you or not? Know that when you ask yourself is this thought helpful? Regardless probably the thoughts are not helping you anyways. They either make you feel good and they’re not making your life easy. I’m sure you will get through your time of healing I know I’ve going through it myself.
