I write in a journal what I am grateful for each day. 


4. Watch your environment

When reprogramming your brain for success, you have to limit negative influences in your environment & on social media.


5. Visualize

I use vision boards daily or even Pinterest to manifest my goals & the life I want. 


6. Be mindful of your behaviour 

Being mindful about the way we think and behave is important daily. 


Definitely write in your journal daily so you have an idea what your thoughts and behaviours are regularly.
