  1. Start with reflection- journaling is a good way to reflect on a lot of areas.
  2. Examine your values 
  3. Re-visit your goals and re-write them 
  4. Work the courage to change 
  5. Make the action happen!

  7. Keep checking in on yourself 

Start with reflection 

Journaling helps us to understand ourselves and our current situation and wheee we want to be in life. So, grab a journal start writing ask yourself questions and answer them honestly to yourself. 

What’s not working with your values? 

Let’s look at what is not working with your current values and are they worth keeping or not. So, what is working? 
Family values? Maybe? 🤔

Re-visit and re-write your goals 

 Are the goals you had still worth doing or not? Where are you currently at now. Make sure they are measurable so you see where you at now.


Work up the courage to change 

Committing to change is important in order to make it happen. Make sure you talk positive towards yourself.

Make your next move

Use your growth mindset to make that move! Make actions happen daily to make your goal achievable.
