Overcoming fear of being hurt & failures
We all go through these fears of being hurt that is where triggers of trauma come up and think we are failures because we can’t seem to get over it. But, let me tell you that we are not failures at all. It just takes time to learn and grow from these experiences to become a better person. Why? Because it is a process of overcoming these feelings of fear. We can overcome it if we choose to. When other people hurt us we got to keep holding our head up high and keep going forward! It is not ok to be in a toxic environment with someone who lets you down and not support you. If they label you as something you are not then you should not be around them or even bother trying to be nice to them if they are not bothered to be sorry for it. Be kind to yourself and be mindful of the negative thoughts that come up for you. Learn ways to handle difficult people that are toxic.
