Hey there! It's good to feel good as often as possible.
Because being in positive energy and mindset is important for our self esteem and productivity. I’ve been on a self discovery for the past few years of my life. I was manifesting weak self esteem. You know things like jealous of others, new experiences and adventures before covid-19 came along and I was vulnerable to criticism until I got my shit together remembered my coaching skills. How did it start?
By getting in the habit daily is like taking care of yourself. That means your mental health needs nurturing. But to be productive you need to feel good first.
Though out my blogs I want to show you how to rise above and drive towards constant comparison and free yourself from this prison of low esteem. Having strong self esteem is super important, as it influences so many aspects of your life. It can improve many areas of your life and improve your happiness in general. Sleep plays a big role in how we feel the next day.

When I feel good within, I do things like pull out cards that are in alignment with me.
I go for a walk as moving the body is good for the body and mind. Your mental health is important, I know from my own experience I suffered from depression for many years until I found a way to overcome it. I tell myself in the mirror I am amazing the more I tell myself that the more I believe it that is the power of positive mindset known as CBT cognitive behavioral therapy.

Once you feel good, you start to easily attract what you desire. When we make feeling good our priority, everything else can flow — so in this post I want to share my tips for how to feel good and let go of stress!
The Practices That Help Me Feel Good
I get up make my coffee ☕️ then in an hour around 7am I meditate for 10-20 minutes (most of the time I do). Physical movement and meditation are two big components of my self-care practice. So, around 15 to an hour I do exercise or yoga. exercise in a way that makes me feel good. I mix it up — I do yoga, I strength training and I go for walks. My exercise secret

Make Feeling Good A Practice
In order to feel good consistently we have to make it a practice. It’s likely you’re used to waiting for your outside circumstances to dictate how you feel.
I’m going to let you in something: That being a Super Attractor is a process of unlearning that habit!
But creating positive habits helps us to be more productive each day. But why? Helps to keep us motivated.
I want to help you learn how to access good-feeling emotions are the fuel that drives the engine of human flourishing. Even when things aren’t working out as you planned don’t beat yourself up. Dedicate time each day to consciously focus on feeling good so that in time it becomes your default state. Gabrielle Bernstein’s book Super Attractor hooks you up with tons of methods and tips for feeling good. For now, proactively do more things that make you good. Think about all the activities in your daily life that make you feel good. Feeling good boosts our energy levels. What we want is feel good hormones. Identify the things you do that bring you joy, and do them more often. So, get your journal out start working out what brings you joy. Make it a priority to feel good the same way you might make exercise or family a priority. If this is totally new to you or you suspect you’ll revert to old habits in a few days, then schedule these activities into your google calendar as you would with a meeting.
This isn’t about turning fun into another obligation; it’s about making it a priority. If you know you need some structure in order to honor this priority, that’s okay. In time it will become a habit. Remember to be deliberate and bring conscious awareness to feeling good.
This is a whole new way of being. Feeling good must come first. Everything else will follow. You will create whatever it is you want to do and achieve.
