Surrender fear to the universe  You will either let this experience make you grow as a person or become the most fearful person on the planet. We either let this experience grow us or not but this is a time to do self growth. What do you choose to be? This situation of covid-19 around the world is not our fault. We need to surrender our fear and know the universe is supporting you. If you stop panicking about it daily and taking care of yourself during this time is your job. Might be challenging but remember it not your fault that it has happened around the world, it is your responsibility to take care of your mindset. I find meditation helpful to reset my mindset positive thoughts instead of fear based thoughts and not watching TV at night and updates 24/7 it will only cause you to feel anxious and fearful which is not what we need. Positive vibration through covid-19 virus

Having positive vibration during Covid-19  Having a positive vibe is not as easy as some people think. It takes courage to be a strong and positive person. We all go through a negative vibration but to get back into the positive vibes is a challenge for a reason. During this time of covid-19 virus is a testing time for us all and we should appreciate that we have the time to find ourselves in this negative mess. Most people I've come across have lost their jobs because of the covid-19 virus and the music industry is losing it's money as well. However, we can find peace in this situation than we think because we get to sit down and think what do we want in our lives and how can we improve on ourselves within as that is what self growth is for. The power of self growth is amazing experience even I have been going through that. However, I know it is scary but freaking out is not going to help us get through this experience together as New Zealand goes into lock down the go...

Finding empowerment

I know from experience that it is a challenge to find empowerment even after a negative experience. But there is a way to get empowered!  Below is something I found in a book called Dear Universe by Sarah Prout page 102   Below is a prayer I used to help me find my power then I looked at a page that relates to this subject came to me. As you see below is the page that empowered me to stay strong within. Below this page also came to me and it was giving me even more strength.  Knowing I am more stronger than I think is powerful! When you feel strong, you feel so capable of taking on any trial the universe sends to test is and teach us a lesson. No matter what challenge we face the universe supports us I know from my own experience. Finding balance

Finding balance is a challenge but we need to have a balance in order to cope. As someone who tries to take on more than I should, I know what it’s like to juggle many responsibilities.  When you’re burned out and stressed out, balance seems like the ultimate remedy. Stress levels need a balance!  So, how I find a balance is through these things I recommend. Meditation - shifts your mindset  Self care  Eating healthy meals  Get enough sleep  Talk positive - CBT (known as cognitive behavioral therapy) Exercise regularly - short walk each day Journaling  Routine every morning and night Relax watch your favorite TV show For any of those tasks that you didn’t totally and utterly think they were necessary, think about how you can delegate them, combine them, eliminate them, or make them easier for yourself. Self love Gala Darling book  Self love is apart of self care most of the time, people get it confused with using products for the skin etc when really it about how you treat yourself mentally and emotionally, because your energy shifts when you treat yourself like you matter. I been reading radical self love by Gala Darling and Restore by the essentialists these books have great advice on what we should do to treat ourselves with love and care.  Don't compare yourself to others.  Take daily actions - people who high in self love nourish themselves daily exercise, eat clean foods, good sleep habits, respectful boundaries, healthy social interactions. Be grateful - gratitude Journalling has been known to bring our mental state to a positive level. Keep positive compliments on file - look back on them as a ritual. Raise your vibration

Most of us struggle after a lose of a partner or just not loving who you are within. Interesting enough I been going on a journey of discovering myself more. I suggest reading Gala Darling radical self love book, it has changed my mindset and listening to fearless soul or any coach that inspires you to get up and stand strong. I recommend reading positivve energy by Tanaaz Chubb, Without our mindsets being strong we won't be able to overcome these negative thoughts and energies we face. I often find it helps me to use essential oils to pick me up from negative vibration, most high vibrational oils are rose and sage as it cleanses the air from any negativity. Remove yourself from toxic people because they don't serve us any purpose they will only drag you down mentally and emotionally.
