Handling abuse and rising above it

Handling abuse and rise above it
I been abused by men and other people no one is perfect but knowing how to handle it is important. I was sexually abused and the guy got community sentence but it doesn’t stop the person from harassing & stalking me but I rise above the negative behaviour. Don’t be afraid to rise above it and be strong and never let anyone destroy your inner child within.
A book I highly recommend is Rising strong by Brene' Brown it worth reading. However, it doesn't matter if it sexual or violent still no form of abuse is not okay! As a life coach I have learned a lot from my own experience's.
Why stay to be used & abused by people, do you know the signs? If not then you need to learn them.
Take responsibility you don't have to stay in the situation you can walk away leave the person to deal with their issues on their own, I been there with many people even my own family abuse each other and sexual relationships got to that point of abuse.
Ask the universe to give you strength & guidance to know the signs. Be kind to yourself in these negative situations. I learned tools from a book called Difficult people from Dr Rebecca Ray and it has helped me when I'm dealing with these negative people around me daily.
Having resilience is important to face a lot of things so let's look at tools to face it.
Breath
Simple yet affective is breathing through the stress and anxiety. Breath in breath out slowly repeat until you feel less stressed and anxious.
Say affirmations
Saying positive affirmations is important! Remind yourself you are amazing for facing it with courage. Say to yourself " I am good enough" I am amazing person" I deserve better in life".
Don't fuck with my energy!

Stay positive my friends!

Remember it not your fault

Remember it is not you fault that they abused your trust and don't beat yourself up because of this.
